Dosage, Concentration & Route
Papaverine 30 mg / Phentolamine 2 mg / Alprostadil 20 mcg / Atropine 0.2 mg per mL, intracavernosal injection, prescriber titrated.
Side Effects
Pain, bruising, or bleeding at the injection site; dizziness; prolonged erection, possible dry mouth or blurred vision from atropine. A rigid erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) is a medical emergency, seek care immediately. Long term use may be associated with penile fibrosis; report nodules or curvature to your prescriber.

Keep refrigerated (36 to 46°F); do not freeze after thawing; protect from light; discard after the beyond use date on your label.
